Australian Orders
We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.
$10 delivery for standard Australia Post parcels with a maximum weight of 500g or $12 delivery for express post with a maximum weight of 500g.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been placed and paid for you can no longer amend or cancel.
Unless item is stated as pre sell, all Piink orders placed before 3pm AEST will be processed and despatched from our warehouse on that same day. Orders placed after 3pm AEST will be processed and despatched from our warehouse the following business day.
All order processing will only be despatched once payment verification has been received.
Delivery times
Delivery time is usually 1-8 business days, depending on standard or express postage, and also depending on your location in Australia.
There may be delays in deliveries by Australia Post which is out of our hands, and we will not be held responsible.
Delays are most common during busy periods, such as Christmas, New Years and Public Holidays.
If a delivery is attempted while no one is home, Australia Post will either leave your item at your door or leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you will be required to show identification and sign for your package prior to your package being handed over to you.
Australia Post has the authority to keep your package if the above requirements are not satisfactory or met.
Tracking Number
All packages sent from Piink have a delivery tracking number, which will be sent to the email provided by the customer once payment has been received and the package has been despatched.
PLEASE NOTE: APiink will not be responsible for lost, stolen packages, or lost in transit. Tracking of purchases/orders is the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Orders
Overseas orders are calculated at the end of your purchase, depending on weight, size and number of garments.
Standard international shipping is $30AU delivery with a maximum weight of up to 2kg.
Post Service
We use an international post service of the highest quality using ‘Pack and Track’ and ‘Registered Post’ service. Proof of postage is available to all our customers, and depending on your country you may be required to sign for your item upon delivery.
Delivery Times
Estimated time frame of international shipping is 5-15 business days (time frame is not guaranteed) and may take longer depending on Australia Post. There may be delays in deliveries by Australia Post which is out of our hands, and we will not be held responsible. Delays are most common during busy periods such as Christmas, New years and Pubic Holidays.
We suggest using our Express International Shipping which is a standard shipping of $60AU with a maximum weight of up to 10kg.
* Please note that overseas purchases: Customer/s own country taxes and customs duty are not included in our order charge and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, if or when their respective country charges.
